We offer flexible options for every hotel. Most partners prefer our book now, pay later model: we provide store credit, you charge the guest’s room, and we invoice monthly. Guests can also book and pay directly through Blys. For safety and convenience, we don’t accept cash payments.

Because therapists bring equipment, parking within or near the hotel helps ensure a smooth and timely experience. If on-site parking isn’t available, please provide directions to a nearby option.

Yes — our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both guests and therapists while keeping hotel visits running smoothly.

10% processing fee

• Applies if a booking is cancelled after confirmation (non-refundable).
• Not applicable for homecare bookings paid via invoice.
• Bookings made with Afterpay incur an additional 6% cancellation fee (based on the service fee).

50% cancellation fee

• Applies if the booking is cancelled 10 minutes after confirmation and between 24–4 hours before the scheduled start time.

100% cancellation fee

• Applies if the booking is cancelled 10 minutes after confirmation and less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, or if the provider:
  • Is on the way, has arrived, or has started the in-room massage session.
  • Has arrived and access isn’t arranged for the provider.
  • Has arrived and the guest is more than 20 minutes late (considered a no-show).

We recommend providing as much notice as possible to avoid fees and ensure a seamless experience for both your guests and our hotel massage therapists.

Blys provides massages 7 days a week from 6 am to 11 pm, including public holidays. These hours refer to the first and last available appointment start times.
