Alternatively, if you already know who you want (e.g. a recommendation by a friend), you can simply request that therapist by either booking that therapist directly from the therapist’s profile page, or by providing the therapist name in the Special Instructions section of your booking.
If you’re a returning customer, you also have the option on our website or app to “Rebook” the same therapist from one of your previous bookings.
Currently we don’t offer new customers the ability to browse & pick a therapist from our network, however we’re adding that feature very soon. For now, we assign the best available therapist to your booking. It’s just like Uber, but for massages.
