Operating on the Blys platform means being a legitimate business. All providers must supply their registered business details, including a valid Australian Business Number (ABN). For those who don’t yet have an ABN, we make the process easy by providing a direct link to register. Initial phone-screening
Verification isn’t just about documents—it’s about building trust. That’s why our team personally contacts every provider during the verification process. This phone screening allows us to review their submissions, clarify any details, and ensure they are fully prepared to meet our high standards.

Serious matters are escalated to our Trust & Safety team that consists of ex-police enforcement personnel who have strict SLAs around response times. Our Trust & Safety team works closely with Health Commissioners and Ombudsmen in each state, as well as local police forces, to ensure serious matters are handled with urgency and care if they arise.
