If you’re a new customer who never booked before, you have the option to choose whether you prefer a male or a female therapist when making your booking. We’ll then match you with the best therapist available based on the requirements you provided when you booked. Alternatively, if you already know who you want (e.g. a recommendation by a friend), you can simply request that therapist by either booking that therapist directly from the therapist’s profile page, or by providing the therapist name in the Special Instructions section of your booking.
If you’re a returning customer, you also have the option on our website or app to “Rebook” the same therapist from one of your previous bookings.
Currently we don’t offer new customers the ability to browse & pick a therapist from our network, however we’re adding that feature very soon. For now, we assign the best available therapist to your booking. It’s just like Uber, but for massages.
Rest assured, all therapists on Blys are qualified and offer the same level of service excellence – so if you book a massage through Blys, you’re guaranteed to get the same 5-star treatment with every therapist.
